Hi sweet friends, today I want to share a bit of a healthier recipe. This is a muffin recipe with a base of oats and bananas and topped with delicious chocolate chips. I really hope you enjoy this recipe and #stayhome
Dry Ingredients
1 3/4 CUPS oat flour (same amount of oats grinded if you don’t have oat flour)
2 TABLESPOON baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Wet Ingredients
3 ripe bananas
1/2 CUPS coconut oil
1/4 CUPS honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs at room temperature
Mix-Ins
1 cup of chocolate chips or nuts or half and half + 1 tablespoon of extra flour to mix into the mix-ins
