On today’s episode of Making the Cut, we are meal prepping for the isolation days and isolation/buffalo/Frank’s Red Hot chicken strips are on the menu. These are huge, juicy, low fat, low calorie, high protein, and just downright delicious.
Have the chicken strips by themselves for only 350 calories or add a side of asparagus with parmesan cheese and boost the amount you’ll eat without adding many calories (440 calories total) so you are full and within your calorie range.
I will keep whippin up Isolation Meals, but you just have to let me know what you would like me to whip up. This is about you, not me.
