Hello friends, I sincerely hope your all safe, and healthy. I’ve noticed so many people wanting to bake during our time staying at home, so today we bake! These make a great gift for your Dr office staff, or Over worked emergency room employees. I’m sharing my recipe for Soft, light, yeast Cinnamon Rolls from scratch. I explain during the video each step I take to ensure my cinnamon rolls are soft and tender. Please remember to like this video!
Cinnamon Rolls Recipe-
350 degree oven
Slowly heat in sauce pan
1 cup milk
1/3 cup sugar
Pinch of salt
1/3 cup butter
Heat slowly until butter melts

In a bowl mix
2 cups flour
1 package active dry yeast
After butter melts add slowly while mixing into your flour/ yeast mix. Once combined add
2 eggs
One at a time mixing through
With electric mixer, beat until combined, then mix on medium high for 3 minutes. Then add,
2 cups flour
One cup at a time until combined turn out to surface and need dough adding flour as needed to prevent sticking. ( about 1/3 cup altogether) Shape dough into ball, and put in a greased bowl. Cover and let rise until doubled ( I suggest a couple hours even with Quik rise yeast).
Once risen, punch dough down to release air, and let rest for 10 minutes. Then Roll dough to desired thickness, and fill.
Filling ideas-
1. Melted butter, cinnamon, sugar, raisins, walnuts

2. Melted butter, cinnamon sugar, dried apples, Carmel bits, pecan slices

3. Melted butter, sugar, dried cherries, mini chocolate chips, macadamia nuts

4. Sweetened cream cheese, dried apricots, almond slivers

Roll dough long side up, and cut rolls out. place on baking sheet, cover and allow to rise for 1 hour. Bake until slightly browned ( to brown and they will be dry), let cool and frost. ENJOY! #Stayhome, #Quarantinewithme, #Coronaviruslockdown,
