RECIPE FOR 2 GREEN SMOOTHIES
2 points for each smoothie!
16 oz of almond milk or your choice
1 bag or power greens ( spinach kale and chard)
2 scoops Orgain protein powder vanilla
2 scoops vintal proteins collagen peptides
choice of fruit I used
1 banana
1/3c – 1/2 c mangos
1/3c – 1/2 c pineapple
2 tsp camu camu
spoonful of chia seeds or however much you want
1/4c-1/2c non fat greek yogurt or similar (optional if you dont do dairy)
