Smoothie #1 (Green Monster with a Twist)
1 Cup of Kale
1 Cup of Spinach
1 Small Cucumber
2 Ribs of Celery
1/4 of Lemon (without skin)
1 Cup of Pineapple Chunks
1 Cup of Mango Chunks
1 Tablespoon of Chia Seeds
3 Cups of Water
Smoothie #2 (Green Garden)
1 Cup of Parsley
1 Cup of Spinach
3 Stalks of Mint
1/4 of Lemon (without skin)
1 1/2 Cups of Green Grapes
1 Granny Smith Apple
3 Cups of Water
