You will LOVE this smoothie recipe! I’ve tried a bunch of recipes but this one gives me the energy I want out of a smoothie plus the tropical fruits give it a sweet but refreshing taste. You can also add kale with the spinach if you want more greens and you can substitute the water with orange juice for more taste. Try it – you’ll be hooked!

– 4-5 large cubes of pineapple
