In this video I show you what I eat in a day to not get bloated since I feel like bloating is a big issue for so many of us, right? I always feel super uncomfortable when I´m bloated, it´s almsot like you don´t want to leave the house and it really puts me in a bad mood.🤭 That´s why gut health and having a good digestion is so important to me.🙌🏼 I hope this video gives you some inpiration on what to eat and helps you to have a flat tummy all day long!:)

Here are the recipes from the video:
LUNCH SALAD:
1/2 purple cabbage
2-3 spring onions (only the green part)
1 cup cashews
1 cup raisins
1 bunch cilantro
dressing: 1 small raw zucchini, 1-2 tablespoons coconut aminos, 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar, juice of 1 lemon, 2 tablespoons ahsew butter or 1 cup cahsews, blend until creamy.

KELP NOODLE SALAD
soak kelp noodles in water for 10-15 minutes, add the juice of 1 lemon to speed up the process
3 medium carrots
2 small zucchinis
2 green onions
1 red bell pepper
1/2 cup sesame seeds to garnish
Sauce: Juice of 1 lemon, 1-2 tablespoons coconut aminos, 2 medjool dates, 1/2 orange, 1 small carrot, 1 cup raw almonds, 1 stalk celery, 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar, blend until creamy.
