Low calorie chicken curry recipe for weight loss

Ingredients
200gm boneless chicken
1/2 medium onion
2Â tomato paste,
5 cherry tomatoes
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon black pepper, ground
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 tablespoon red chilli powder
1 tablespoons turmeric powder
1 tablespoon garam masala spice
1 tablespoons chicken Masala
2 clove garlic + ginger paste
1 teaspoon salt
Instructions:-
1. In bowl add 200gm boneless chicken,
Add 1 tps coriander powder, 1 tps red Chili powder, 1 tps garam Masala, 1 tps turmeric powder, & add garam Masala
Marinate for atlest 1 hrs
2.1 tps olive oil and add garlic & ginger past to the bottom of your slow flam cooker;
3. Add onion to the bottom of your slow cooker; in garlic and peppers, then place chicken on top.
4. Tomatoes paste, add cherry tomatoes
Add chicken Masala and salt and cook on high for 2 whistles on medium flam.
5.Serve curry over brown rice.
Important Note:-
Sauté the onions for longer, about 4 mins until the oil starts separating .
Add the tomatoes and sauté the onion-tomato mixture for longer, again about 4 mins until the oil separates.
Add the chicken and cook it on sauté for 2-3 mins, before you pressure cook.
