Ricotta & Spinach Sandwich is a Very Healty & Tasty Recipe which can be prepared very easily and quickly anytime if you have spinach and Ricotta or Cottage Cheese at Home .
Ingredients :
Ricotta/Crumbled Cottage Cheese/Chhena – 1 Cup
Chopped Spinach -2 Cups
Butter – 1 tbsp
Garlic – 3-4 Cloves Crushed or Finely Chopped
Onion – 1 Small Finely Chopped
Freshly Crushed Black Pepper – 1 tsp
Salt to Taste
Bread Slices – 8
Butter
Method :
Heat Buuter in a Pan .Add Garlic and Stir for few seconds . Add Onions and Saute for 2 minutes . Add Spinach . Cook for 5-6 minutes .Add Cootage Cheese , Pepper and Salt , Mix Well and Cook for 2-3 Minutes . Our Stuffing is Ready .
Appy Butter on one side of the Bread Slices . Put Somr Stuffing on the Bread Slices Opposite to the Bread Side . Cover With Another One . Grill from Both Sides
