3 EASY & HEALTHY BREAKFAST RECIPES – Learning to cook and eat healthy food, keeps you occupied and also give you a sense of achievement. The first recipe Ragi Roti is a very healthy recipe, as it is gluten free, rich in fibre, packed with calcium, carbs, amino acids and Vitamin D. This is one of the grains along with rice, wheat & moong dal, that is powdered and given to babies as their first meal when they are 6-8 months old.

Spring Onion & Carrot stuffed roti – This is a good & healthy recipe that can be carried as lunch packs for school kids or to work. This stays good for picnics or a days travel.

Batata Poha – A much loved Indian breakfast that is not only probiotic, rich in iron but also light on stomach. There are many variants in the way it is cooked- kandha poha, batata poha, peanut poha etc that makes this dish nutritious. It is very easy to cook and even a novice can never go wrong.
