Healthy High Protein Spinach Omelette

Ingredients
3 Eggs
1/2 Chopped onion
1/2 Chopped tomato
Handful of spinach
2 tsp olive oil
2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp chili flakes
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp ginger garlic paste

Procedure
1. Take a pan keep the flame on medium, add 1 tsp oil and stir fry onion tomato and spinach .
2. Take a bowl break 3 eggs 3 portion of white and 1 yolk, beat the eggs well.
3. Add pinch of salt, Black pepper, chili flakes, coriander powder and mix well
4. Take a pan add 1 tsp olive oil and cook the eggs on medium flame for 2 to 3 min. add the stir fried vegetables and flip the omelette and cook for another 1 min.

Omelette is ready to serve.
