This one pot recipes is so healthy beacuse of the sweet potatoes and Quinoa and very delicious
one pan recipes.

Ingredients: ( 3 person only )
15 shrimp
2 large sweet potatoes
1 tbsp ginger powder
2 cloves of garlic
3 tbsp of parsley or coriander
1 c of Quinoa
100 g butter ( I’m using omega 3 of butter )
salt and black pepper
