Hi folks, today I’m sharing a healthy diet recipe. It is high in nutrition and helps in controlling blood sugars and cholesterol and improves body immunity.
Ingredients:
• Foxtail millet / korralu – 1/2cup
• Moong dal – 1/4th cup
• Onion – 1 medium size
• Tomato – 1 medium size
• Green chilies – 3
• Carrot – 1/2 cup
• Beans – 1/2 cup
• Zucchini – 1/2 cup (optional)
• Green peas – 1/2 cup
• Ghee – 2 tbsp
• Jeera – 1tsp
• Mustard seeds – 1tsp
• Hing – 1/4th tsp
• Garlic – 4 pods
• Curry leaves 8 – 10
• Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
• Salt – 2 tsp
• Chilli powder – 1 tsp
