***** Recipe Steps *****

1. Panakam
In a bowl add 1 glass of water
Add Jaggery and Stir to Dissolve
Add Cardamom (Elaichi) Powder with leaves
Add Pepper Powder and Corns
Add Tulsi Leaves
Filter the Panaka (Liquid)
Best Served Cold

2. Vadapappu / Kosambari / Moong Dal Salad
Soak Moong Dal for 2 hours. Drain the Water.
Add Dal to a Bowl
Add Onions and Green Chili
Add Cucumber
Add Grated Carrot and Coconut
Add Coriander
Add Salt and Mix
