This Kanji (rice gruel / porridge / broth), coconut chammanthi and onion oil chutney, can be easily tried out by anyone and best suited for lockdown quarantine period now. We are cooking this for season 2 of Super Chef. The coconut chammandi can be preserved and used for longtime.
