Welcome to my channel. Today’s video is a what I eat in a day. I am on a weight loss journey and sharing with you today what I ate. I hope it inspires you and gives you some new ideas. with love, Brittany.
Vegetable Soup:
1 can of diced tomatoes (I use a big can)
1 Can of corn drained
1 bag of fresh green beans
4 Carrots cut up
1 Bag of small red potatoes cut up
1 can of black beans drained
1 cup of onion
1 tbs of butter
1-2tbs of garlic
1-2 tbs of salt
1-2 tbs of pepper
38oz of broth (I used beef)
I did mine on high in the instant pot for 5 min with everything but the beans and corn, I added those in once it was done cooking.
