Hey guys, My name is Siva Jnana and finally share with you guys this first healthy cooking tutorial idea for COVID 19 healthy recipe that I made up of my own. I am hoping that you will learn and try to make it on your own. It’s a very fulfilling healthy way of eating and living to boost immune system to fight for the Corona Virus 🦠 2019. Let’s all try to think positive and make our immune system strong, keep our body healthy, drink detox water, as much as possible avoid soft drinks and sweets, do your routine exercises daily and don’t forget to add tea 🍵 in your diet and most off all apply this idea to your healthy cooking 🍳.

Here are the Ingredients listed below and steps on how to make this Scrambled Egg-white Spinach Recipe:

Ingredients:
* Egg-whites from 3 🥚= 4g Protein, 51 calories
* 1cup Spinach = 0.86 Protein, 7 calories, Vit K
* Black Pepper, Dill Weed, Oregano
* Salt
* 1 teaspoon of Olive Oil = 5g Fat, 40 calorie
Side dish of your choice:
* 1 med Tomatoe = 4g Carbs, 24 calories
* 1/8 cup Green pepper = 4g Carbs, 4 calories
* 1 cup Cucumber 🥒 chop = 16 calories

How to:
Step 1. Separate all the egg-whites from the yolks.
Step 2. Prepare and wash the spinach properly.
Step 3. Heat 1 teaspoon of Olive oil.
Step 4. Dice chop onion onto the frying pan and cook it the way you want it.
Step 5. Throw in the spinach and make sure to only half-cooked it not cook nor overcooked it because it’s more tastier if it’s it’s cooked or even raw and you’ll get more nutrients from raw or half cooked.
Step 6. Add all up the spices, dill weed, oregano, black pepper and salt to taste. Do not put a lot of salt in it as spinach is already rich in Sodium. For people who have some serious heart problems, kidney failure, or hypertensive, it is not advice to consume a lot of spinach nor add salt with spinach. Let the heat in a very low level (I put it into level 1) and let it sit for a minute.
Step 7. After one minute turn the stove off, flip the scrambled upside down and let it cook make sure not to over cooked it to prevent from drying. It tastes way better when it’s a little misty.
Step 8. Add some side dish of your choice. Here I added 1 medium tomato and 1cup of cucumber. You can add some lettuce or kale.
Reminder: Never forget to drink lemon 🍋 or calamansi 💧water as it is the best detox water you can ever have and rich in vitamin C.
