Ingredients:
— For the dough filling:
🔸2 tsp olive oil
🔸1 small onion
🔸240 g ground beef (1 cup) (lean meat)
🔸Pinch of salt-cinnamon-7 spices
🔸360 g whole wheat dough (4 dough)

–For the yogurt sauce:
🔸4 cups low fat yogurt
🔸2 cups water
🔸2 cloves garlic
🔸Pinch of salt
🔸2 tsp cornstarch
🔸2 tsp dried mint

How to prepare?
–For the filling:
-Add 2 tsp olive oil to the onion chopped to small pieces and stir for 2 minutes.
-Add ground beef with cinnamon, 7 spices and salt and let cooking for 10 minutes.
-Put the filling at the center of each dough.
-Put the dough in the oven at 185 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes or until their color become gloden brown.

–For the yogurt sauce:
-Add 2 cups of water to the yogurt, garlic, salt, cornstarch and leave it boiling.
-Add dried mint finally.

–When the dough are well cooked put in the yogurt sauce.

–These ingredients are adequate to prepare 1 and 1/3 cup of cooked rice.
