Chana Soup Recipe
Ingredients
1 cup of Kala Chana or Black gram or black chickpeas
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 medium sized onion paste
1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder (Bhuna Jeera Powder)
1/2 tsp Chat Masala
Crushed Black Pepper to taste
salt to taste
Lemon juice , as per taste
2 tbsp chopped fresh coriander leaves
Butter for garnishing

How to make Kale Chane/Kala Chana Soup Recipe – Black gram or Black Chickpea Soup Recipe
To make first wash and soak Kala Chana in water for 8 to 10 hours
After this, put Chana in a pressure cooker with 2-3 cup of water and salt and cook it till 3 to 4 whistle come. Allow the pressure to drain automatically and keep it aside to cool. After cooling add some water and make a paste in the mixer grinder, Keep it separately
Heat oil in a pan, add ginger garlic paste roast for 30 seconds, add onion paste and cook it for 3 to 4 minutes. Add chana paste, roasted cumin powder, salt, Crushed black pepper mix it well add boiled chana water and give a boil for 4-5 mins. Adjust the water as per the consistency you like
Add Chat masala, chopped coriander leaves, lemon juice mix it & Serve hot, garnish with butter & chopped coriander leaves

तेल
प्याज
अदरक लहसुन का पेस्ट
भुना ज़ीरा पाउडर
चाट मसाला
हरा धनिया
नमक
काली मिर्च
निम्बू
माखन मक्खन
चना सूप रेसिपी बनाने के लिए सबसे पहले 1 कप काला चना को धो कर 8-10 घंटे के लिए पानी में भिगो ले. इसके बाद चना को प्रेशर कुकर में 2-3 कप पानी और नमक के साथ डाले और 3-4 सिटी आने तक पका ले. इसे ठंडा होने के लिए रख ले, थोड़ा पानी डाले और मिक्सर में इसका पेस्ट बना ले. एक कढ़ाई में तेल गरम करें इसमें अदरक लहुसन का पेस्ट, प्याज का पेस्ट, डाले और 3-4 मिनट के लिए पका ले. चने की प्यूरी, पानी डाले और 5-6 मिनट के लिए पका लेने के बाद, भुना ज़ीरा पाउडर, नमक, चाट मसाला, कटा हुआ हरा धनिया, निम्बू का रस डाले और गरमा गरम परोसे
