In this video learn how to make crispy and crunchy masala peanuts. An healthy evening snacks that can be made easily. I have not added any food color, if you want dark red color then you can add a tiny pinch of red food color.

Ingredients:
Raw peanuts – 1 cup
Besan flour – 1/2 cup
Rice flour – 2 tbsp + 1 tbsp
Chilly powder – 1 tbsp
Asafoetida – 1/4 tsp
Salt – 1 tsp heaped
Curry leaves – 2 spring
Hot oil – 2 tbsp
Oil – for deep frying
Red Food color – a pinch optional [I have not added]
