Ingredients:-

1 Cup rice
Half bowl sliced coconut(Grind it smoothly)

Small pieces of ginger(Optional)
Coriander Leaves
Green Chilly
Raisin (Optional)
Oil or Ghee

Salt To taste

Instructions to prepare the Rice and Coconut

1) Cooked Rice with 3 bowl of water

2) Grind Coconut slices smoothly

3) Take cooked Rice and mix 2 Cup of water and coconut paste and stir it well.
4) Heat OIl in a pan or kadai
5) Once the oil is hot, add Ginger and green chilly and add this to rice and coconut mixture and stir it slowly.
6) Serve hot with dry fruits or Raisin to your loved once.
