*INGREDIENTS*:

Jaggery – 1/2 cup
Water – 1 1/2 cup
Rice Flour – 1 1/4 cup
Shredded Coconut – 1/2 cup
Sesame seeds – 2 tbsp
Ground Cardamom – 1/2 tsp
Baking Powder – 1 tsp

*METHOD*:
1. Heat jaggery and water in a pan until jaggery melts.
2. In a bowl mix rice flour, shredded coconut, sesame seeds, ground cardamom and baking powder.
3. Now add the jaggery water to the mixer and make a smooth batter.
4. Heat a pan, add ghee and spread pancake batter and cook it.
5. Serve pancakes with the choice of berries, butter and maple syrup.
