This time I’m gonna share you a simple recipe of Vegan Pasta. For you whose really enjoy eat pasta but on a diet (like me 😅) , so just don’t be worry. Eat your less calories pasta but still tasty yet simple. I hope you guys can try this recipe.

RECIPE :

Ingredients :
⁃ 150gr Fusili
⁃ 1-2 Avocado
⁃ 3 Cloves Garlic
⁃ 3 Cloves Shallot/ Onion
⁃ Sweet Corn (as neeeded)
⁃ 1 tsp Coriander
⁃ 1 tsp himalayan salt
⁃ 1 tsp blackpepper
⁃ 1 tsp Garlic Powder
⁃ 1 tsp dried parsley
⁃ 1 tsp Mushroom Powder
⁃ 1 tsp Chili Flakes
⁃ Olive oil

How to cook :
1. PASTA
⁃ You can use any kind of pasta but I use 150gr fusili, boiled.

2. SAUCE
⁃ 1-2 avocodos, mashed.
⁃ Mix your fusili to avocado
⁃ Saute 3 cloves of garlic and 3 cloves of shallot
⁃ Add 1 tsp coriander
⁃ Add 1 tsp himalayan salt
⁃ Add 1 tsp blackpepper
⁃ Add 1 tsp garlic powder
⁃ Put your pasta
⁃ Add some pasta water
⁃ Add sweet corn (as needed) or you can add any kind of vegetables
⁃ Add 1 tsp dried parsley (optional)
⁃ Add 1 tsp mushroom powder (optional)
⁃ Add 1 tsp chili flakes

3. PLATTING
⁃ Add chili flakes if you like more spicy
⁃ Add fresh parsley
