Welcome to another what’s for dinner!
This one is a ‘cook with me’ style in the beginning & I hope you enjoy that.

**NOT HAVING TOO MUCH LUCK WITH VEDA … we live in the woods & our internet is running SO slow due to the added traffic because of the Corona Virus. My upload time has changed from about 2 hours to about 10!! So, I’ll be posting some VEDA videos, it just won’t be daily.

Here’s what you’ll see in this video:
-Jana’s Beef Roast
-Brats with peppers & onions & cauliflower salad (recipe below)
-Loaded salad with southern chicken breast strips
-Trader Joe’s tomato soup with grilled cheese sandwiches
-Smoothies (using freezer stash)

Cauliflower Salad:
1 head of cauliflower, cut into small florets
1 head of iceberg lettuce, torn or cut into small/med pieces
1 med onion, diced
2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
1/2 cup sugar
1 lb bacon, fried & crumbled

Layer bottom of large bowl with lettuce, cauliflower, & onion.
Top with mixture of mayo, sugar & parmesan cheese.
(OR part cheese can be sprinkled over the mayo & sugar mixture.
I do it both ways.)
Refrigerate for 2 hours.
Top with crumbled bacon right before tossing together & serving.
Best eaten fresh.
