For the French dressing:
– 1/3 of a cup of red wine vinegar
– 2/3 of a cup of olive oil
– 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard

For the salad:
– lettuce
– tomatoes
– boiled eggs
– 1 to 2 cans of white tuna
– 1 half dozen radishes
– 1 half red onion
– black olives
– 1 orange bell pepper
