Bake @ 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes
Ingredients:
– Spaghetti squash
– Vegan pesto (Trader Joe’s)
– Small yellow potatoes
– Asparagus
– Garlic naan bread
– Vegan butter
– Vegan mozzarella cheese
– Seasonings (I use, vegan chicken-less seasoning salt, everything seasoning, umami mushroom seasoning, oregano)
– Olive oil
