Boiled egg sandwich is a very easy and tasty recipe that you can have anytime of the day especially after your workout. Egg sandwich is a good source of protein which makes you full and you don’t feel hungry for long.

**** Ingredients ****
4 Bread slices(Brown/White/Multigrain)
4 boiled eggs( You can take 3 eggs also, I love to have some raw form of these so I take 4 of them as you can see in picture as well)
1 finely chopped onion
2 pinch of salt( or as per taste)
1 pinch of black pepper powder

**** Recipe for Boiled Egg Sandwich****
After peeling the outer shell of boiled eggs, mash them well.

You can remove the egg yolks if you want, i removed for 2 eggs and took for 2 of them.
Add onion, salt and pepper. Mix them well.
Put the mixture on one bread slice and cover it with another to make a sandwich.
Heat the pan.

Put oil on one side of sandwich and put that very side on pan. After 2 minutes, put the oil on other side and turn it.
Cook it from both sides and the Egg Sandwich is ready.
