Ingredients:
1. Kidney Beans – 1 Cup
2. Onion – 1 (medium)
3. Green Chilies – 3
4. Cilantro – some
5. Mint Leaves – some
6. Lemon – 1

Method:

1. Soak a cup of Kidney Beans in water for about 8 to 10 hours
2. Pressure cook the soaked Kidney Beans for two whistles and let it cool
3. In the mean time, finely chop the onions, green chilies, cilantro and mint leaves
4. After cooling strain the Kidney beans and take it in a mixing bowl
5. Sprinkle finely chopped onions, green chilies, mint leaves, cilantro, squeeze a lemon and mix well.
