Chocolate Oatmeal || Quick & Easy Baked Oats || Healthy breakfast & Dessert
This baked oatmeal is not only healthy, easy and delicious… it has Chocolate!! It’s a quick breakfast to put together and changes up the everyday routine on a classic breakfast. The second best part about this recipe is it’s extremely customization!! All you need to add is the first three ingredients and after that it’s all up-to you how you’d like to flavor this baked goodness.

Ingredients:
1 cup Oatmeal
1 cup milk
1 Egg
1/4 cup Sweetener of choice
1/4 cup Cocoa Powder
4 Tbs. Peanut Butter
Directions:
Mix together the egg with the milk and add it to the oatmeal in a 6 inch Baking pan. Add the sweetener of choice and coco powder and mix well. Add the peanut butter on top and swirl it with a knife. Place it into a 350 F. oven for 30 minutes.
