Procedure:
1) Take 1 cup dry Raagi flour and take 1 cup of Jaggery.
2) Soak the Jaggery in 100ml of water and heat it until the jaggery melts.
3) Filer the jaggery mixture since it may have some sand or dust particles in it.
4) Mix the Raagi flour to the jaggery mixture and stir it well by adding cardamom powder and 3 spoons of ghee.
5) Allow it to cool for 10 minutes and then press the flour to a dosa like consistency in a banana leaf and put it on the pan.
6) Put 2 spoons of oil while roasting it.
7) Kezhvaragu Adai or Raagi Adai is ready. Serve Hot for the best taste.
