Ingredients:
Oil ½ cup
Chicken Mix boti 750 g
Payaz (Onion Slices) 2 medium
Pani (water) ¼ cup
Lahsan Adrak paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1tbs
Hari Mirch (Green chili paste) 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp or to taste
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
White pepper 1 tsp
Zeera (Cumin) powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Tamatar (Tomatoes) chopped 1 medium
Yogurt 1 cup
Fresh cream /Tetra pack cream ½ cup
For garnishing
Fresh Coriander for garnishing
Ginger (julienne cut) for garnishing
Lemon slices for garnishing
Directions:
Heat oil in a wok, add onion and fry until translucent & add water cover and cook until onion is tender and make onion paste.
In the same wok add onion paste, ginger-garlic paste, green chili paste, Salt, Black pepper, White pepper, Cumin powder, Coriander powder, Tomatoes, Yogurt and cook until oil separates.
Add chicken Cook for 10-12 mins or until yogurt water dries out and chicken is tender and fry until it turns golden.
Add fresh cream and for 2-3 min on medium flame.
You can add 1-2 tsp water if required.
Add ginger (julienne cut) and Fresh Coriander & Cook for few mins.
White chicken korma is ready to serve with roti chapatti or naan or paratha.
