– dash of cayenne

Ham & Potatoes 👇🏻
– 3 russet potatoes
– 1/3 lb. cubed ham
– 1/2 C. frozen peas
– 1 can evaporated milk
– 4 Slices white American cheese
– To taste:
S&P
seasoned salt
chili powder
onion powder
garlic powder
parsley
nutmeg

Mongolian Chicken Sauce 👇🏻
– 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
– 1 tsp. ginger
– 1/2 Tbsp. sesame oil
– 4 Tbsp. soy sauce
– 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
– 1/2 Tbsp. Sriracha
– 2 Tbsp. hoisin sauce
– 1/3 C. water + 2 tsp. corn starch
