Snack prep to make life easier with kids. Preparing ahead of time to keep busy parents out of the kitchen (as much as possible) and kids independently choosing the healthier options.
Kids snacking during ISO seems to be a real challenge for everyone so my tips and tricks will help to make snacking (and school lunches when they return) simpler, healthier and easier.
