Cook 1.5 cup black beans & mash it gently.Heat oil.Add chopped onion. Add turmeric powder and salt.Add.1 tsp chile lime. Add 3tsp taco seasoning. Add chopped red bellpepper and tomatoes. Add chopped cilantro or coriander leaves. Add the bean mix. The healthy Bean soup is ready. Top with grated cheese or chopped Avocado. 🥑. Have it with steamed rice or tortilla(roti). you can easily make Taco Seasoning by mixing the powders of garlic, onion, oregano, chilly powder, cumi, Paprika, red pepper flakes, salt pepper.
Let us make Fresh Mango Salsa!We need one riped Mango (chopped, about 2 cups), 1/4 cup chopped cilantro (coriander leaves), 1/3 cup chopped onion, 1/2 cup red bell pepper (capscicum), 2 tbsp chopped Jalapeno (green chilly of your choice, adjust based on the spiciness), 2 tbsp lemon juice, 1/2 tbsp salt. Crush chilly, onion, coriander leaves, bell pepper, mango. Add salt & lemon juice and mix together. Keep it for 30 minutes (optional) and enjoy with Tortilla chips or have like a Mango Salad.
Let us make Fresh Tortilla chips!Preheat oven to 350 degree Fahrenheit (177 degree celsius). Cut tortillas (rotis). Spray the foil with oil, lay the tortilla pieces. Bake it for 12 to 15 minutes, check frequently. Enjoy with Mango Salsa.
Let us make Fresh Tortilla chips Using Airfryer! Airfry the tortilla pieces for 6 to 7 minutes at 300 degree Fahrenheit. you can have Tortilla Chips with Guacamole as well, you can find the recipe of that in my channel, video # 35.
