What’s up guys! I really hope that you guys try this at home HIIT workout because it was challenging and I felt so accomplished at the end. By the way those fish tacos were bomb and healthy! I hope you guys try those as well. Please tag me if you try the workout or the recipes at home.
HIIT workout:
warmup- 1min jump rope of jumping jacks
30sec rest
2 sets of:
30sec jump rope or jumping jacks
30sec jumping squats or body squats
30sec rest
30sec jump rope or jumping jacks
30sec jumping lunges or body lunges
30sec rest
30sec jump rope or jumping jacks
30sec half burpees
30sec rest
Finish with 1min of jump rope or jumping jacks
(P.S your calves will be sore the following day! haha)
