Healthy Spinach Corn Soup

Ingredients
1 Big bowl of spinach
1 Onion
1 Cup corn
1 Tomato
3 Green chilies
4 to 5 Garlic cloves
2 Cups of coconut milk
2 Tsp salt
1 Tsp ginger garlic paste
2 Tsp olive oil
1 Tsp spices
2 Glass of water
Procedure
1.Boil 2 glass of water add vegetables keep the flame on medium
and boil for 4 to 5 min.
2.Add the boiled vegetables in cold water to stop from further cooking.
3.Make a fine pure of the vegetables.
4.Heat a pan add 2 tsp olive oil add ginger garlic paste and saute for 1 min.
add spices and corn and mix well.
5.Add the pure and mix well cook for 1 min. add 2 cups of coconut milk mix well and
boil for 2 to 3 min.
6.Switch of the flame add salt mix well and serve.
