Our everyday meal can be made healthy and yummy at the same time. Today we show to how to prepare this Yummy and healthy Broccoli Stir fry recipe. Not only its vibrant in looks, this broccoli stir fry tastes amazing with Roti / Phulka or even steamed rice. It’s worth to give it a try 😊

Ingredients
• Broccoli florets, cleaned & par boiled – 1 cup
• Onion, cubed – 1 large
• Tomato, cubed – 1 large
• Green Chilli & Garlic paste – 1/2 teaspoon
• Turmeric powder – 1/2 teaspoon
• Coriander powder – 1 teaspoon
• Red Chilli powder – 1 teaspoon
• Water – 2 tablespoon
• Lemon juice – 1/2 teaspoon
• Sesame seeds – 1 teaspoon
• Salt to taste

Preparation
• Par boil broccoli florets for 5 minutes and drain. Set aside
• Heat oil and saute cubes onions and tomato on medium heat
• Add chilli & garlic paste and all masala powders including salt
• Sauté for few minutes
• Now add broccoli florets, water and lemon juice to pan
• Keep stirring and cook for high heat for five minutes
• Toss some sesame seeds and mix well. Switch off heat
• Yummy & tasty Indian Style Broccoli Stir Fry is ready!
