It’s What’s for Dinner day! I feel like What’s for Dinner Monday’s is everyone’s favorite day of the week. I missed last week’s What’s for Dinner post, but I am back at it this week! It has been an adjustment getting into the swing of things with working from home and homeschooling. But we are making it! Enjoy the What’s for Dinner and let me know how you are adjusting!
Recipes
Pork Chops –
White Chicken Chili
2 – 3 large Chicken Breasts
1 tsp salt
1 – 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp Chili Powder
1/4 tsp Cyanne Pepper
1/2 CHopped Onion
2 Cloves Chopped Garlic
2 Cans Cannellini Beans
7oz Can Green Chilis
1 qt Chicken Broth
Cilantro (to taste)
1 Cup Frozen Corn
1 Chicken Bullion Cube (Optional)
Cook on High for 4 hours or Low for 8 hours
Shred chicken
3oz Softened Cream Cheese
1/2 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
