Salad Dressing

Lemon 1 no.
Virgin Olive oil 2 tbsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp

Recipe

– Cut all vegetables in small pieces and collect in a bowl
– Remove seeds of cucumber and tomato, if you do not like them
– You can add or less any vegetable according to your choice
– For dressing, squeeze lemon in a bowl, add virgin olive oil, salt and black pepper powder.
– Mix them all well
– Add this dressing in salad and enjoy a healthy and weight loss tasty kachumar/kachumbar salad.
– Dressing is also optional, you can add only lemon juice that goes very well all alone. This is all your choice.
