Here is Quick immunity drink , a much needed one guys

Ingredients:
• Ragi Flour – 2 tbsp
• Jaggery – 3 tbsp
• Milk – 1/2 Cup
• Water – 1 1/2 Cup
• Cardamom powder – 1/4 tsp (Optional)

Preparation:
1.In a medium sized Cup take 2 tbsp RAGI FLOUR, add half cup WATER and mix it well.No lumps should be formed.keep it aside.

2.In a deep cooking pan,add 1 Cup of WATER and bring it to a boil

3. .Then add the ragi water.Stir it continuously.Make sure no lumps are formed.

4.It thickens after 5 minutes.Stir it a little.It turns glossy after 9 minutes.
5.Then add 3 tsp JAGGERY.Mix it and dissolve it.The consistency becomes creamy.

6.Then add half Cup of MILK & mix it well on low flame.

7.Then boil it until it becomes into smooth & little thicker,than watery consistency.Switch off the flame.

Our healthy immunity drink is ready to serve.

Before serving u can garnish it with a little cardamom powder on to it.
