Ingredients:-
2 apples
1 banana
4 teaspoon of oats
Half cup low fat skimmed milk
Some water
Honey for sweetness (dates optional)
Coffee 2 and half teaspoon
Add this all in a grinder and give it a good blend.
Garnish it with some roasted oats,nuts,fruits,chia and flax seeds….
I bet u wont feel hungry for a day or atlst till dinner time.
