Pineapple & Mint Smoothie
Ingredients
3 cups fresh pineapple, cubed (half a pineapple)/ frozen / tinned
1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, loosely packed
1/2 cup cold water
1 1/2 cups ice
Method
Combine all the ingredients in a high speed blender and process until smooth, for about 45-50 seconds.
Serve Pineapple and Mint Smoothie as desired!
