1. Samolina/Rawa: 1 cup
2. Chana Daal: 1/2 cup
3. Green Pea/Hari matar: 2/3 cup
4. Chopped coriander/hari dhaniya
5. Fennel seeds/saunph: 1 tsp
6. Cumin Seeds/Jeera: 1 tsp
7. Chat masala: 1 tsp
8. Green chilly/hari mirch: 1 or 2
9. Heeng: 1/2 tsp
