Ingredients:
100gm Spinach
1/4 onion
1tbsp pepper powder
1tbsp cumin seeds
1tbsp salt

First blanch the spinach. Next, in a pan, add 1tbsp butter, cumin seeds, onion and stir fry till onions are soft. Then add spinach and stir fry for 2 minutes. Finally add salt and turn off the flame. Once cooled, blend into a fine paste. In the same pan, add the mixture and adjust consistency by adding water. cook for 2 minutes and add pepper. You can garnish with some cream.
