take these ingredients maida 1glass, onion 1cup , green peas 1/4 cup,sombu (funnel) ,enji pundu paste(ginger garlic paste), taniya (coriander), green chilli , tumeric powder, amjur powder (dry mango), garam masala, salt, our hero of the recipe pazhla kootai (jackfruit seeds).
first make dough with maida by adding required salt and oil. keep it for some times.
for making masala
now in pan pour oil , sombu, green chilli, onion, green peas, ginger garlic paste, tumeric Powder, taniya powder, amjur powder, garam masala, add salt checking the dough because we already added salt to it. add coriander leaves. cooking it for some time.
let it cool down completely.
now take the dough and make small small circle and in Chapatti maker place it and make chapati or poori type. now cut the circle shaped maida into two semi circle.
now with the help of binder make cone shaped maida, fill inside the masala . make it insuch thY it should not separated during cooking. that’s all pazlamootai samosa had to be tried Inhot oil and serve hot hot . on’t dark fry. Fry into light brown colour. That’s all serve hot and try with tomato sauce.
