Orange Chicken:
Chicken Breast: 400 g / 14,1 oz (416 kcal)
Flour: 15 g / 0.53 oz (53 kcal)
Cornstarch: 25 g / 0.88 oz (116 kcal)
Salt & Pepper: 1 tsp (6 kcal)
1 Egg White (40 kcal)
1 Red Chili Pepper: 12 g / 0.42 oz (3 kcal)
1 1/2 Scallions / Spring Onions: 25 g / 0.88 oz (8 kcal)
1 Garlic Clove: 3 g / 0.1 oz (4 kcal)
Ginger: 10 g 0.35 oz (6 kcal)
Water: 25 ml / 0.88 fl oz (0 kcal)
1 Tblsp Soy Sauce: 20 ml (11 kcal)
2 1/2 Tblsp Vinegar: 40 ml (10 kcal)
Zero Cal Xylitol: 2 1/2 Tblsp (0 kcal)
Orange Zest (and a little juice): estimated 14 kcal
Canola Oil: 10 ml / 0.35 fl oz (82 kcal)
+ additional cornstarch: 8 g / 0.28 oz (28 kcal)
