Today I am making a simple and easy White Sandwich Bread!

This Bread is moist, tender, and full of Buttery Goodness with a hint of Maple Syrup, this is perfect for any kind of Sandwich!

This Recipe is also great for Beginner Bread Makers!

1/3 cup warm water (110 Degrees)
1 tsp white sugar
2 1/4 tsp (1 package) active dry yeast

1/4 cup pure maple syrup
1/3 cup evaporated milk
1 cup warm water (110 Degrees)
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp canola or vegetable oil
4 cups all purpose or bread flour, plus more for kneading
3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted and cooled

In a measuring cup, add 1/3 cup water and sugar; stir together then add and stir in yeast until well incorporated. Let it sit for 7-10 minutes until puffy and foamy.

In a hand mixer using a dough hook or large bowl with hand mixer, add the yeast mixture, 1 cup water, maple syrup, evaporated milk, oil and salt; mix on medium-high speed. Slowly add the flour and knead until the dough is soft, sticky, and stretchy about 4-8 minutes. If using a hand mixer, place dough onto a floured surface and knead for 4-8 minutes. Put dough into a large bowl greased with oil; roll the dough all over with oil. Cover with plastic wrap or towel and put the dough in a warm place (oven or microwave), let the dough rise for 30-45 minutes or until double in size. After that, punch a hole in the middle of the dough to release the air. Place the dough onto a flour surface and knead a few times. Flat the dough into a rectangle then brush it lightly with melted butter. Fold the longest end of the dough to the center, pinch to seal, and tuck the ends under. Place the dough into a 9×5 inch greased loaf pan. Cover the bread again with plastic wrap or towel, return it to the oven or microwave and let it rise for another 30-45 minutes or until double in size.

Preheat Oven to 425 Degrees

Remove the plastic wrap or towel and brush the bread on top with more melted butter. Bake for 15 minutes then cover with aluminum foil and continue baking for 12-15 minutes until golden brown. Remove from oven and brush on top with more melted butter. Take the sandwich bread out of the pan and put it on a cake stand or platter and cool completely. Slice bread in 1/2 inch slices to make your favorite Sandwich or top with butter and enjoy.
