chocolate chips

Rice cake and caramelized banana:
1 rice cake
1/2 banana
vanilla extract
(coconut oil spray for pan)

chocolate protein mug cake:
1 serving chocolate protein
1 tbsp pb2 powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp sweetener of choice (stevia, monk fruit, or honey)
1/4 cup almond milk
(optional toppings- whip cream, sugar-free chocolate sauce)
