Creating Canapés
I have always been a fan of serving canapés to my guests. Canapés are one bite apps that are constructed of a base, a middle layer and a top. They are usually an elegant way to combine all sorts of flavors, and textures and a perfect medium for demonstrating creativity and giving your guests an unforgettable first experience to a meal.
Making Them Kid-Friendly
Kids love to play with their food! And why not? Getting little hands busy stacking their snacks into canapés is an awesome way to involve kids in the fun process of making food and experiencing how flavors and textures work together. And remember, if they make it, chances are better that they’re going to eat it! So- nothing fancy here- stack ’em up- let’s party!
