π₯¦π₯π₯¬π₯ I’ve been out of fresh veggies for about a week and it felt like forever. Finally got my food delivered a few days ago and the first thing I though of was this salad. I feel like everyone will start eating more fresh veggies and salads after the quarantine is over. We sure took them for granted. Seriously, it will be a new trend, just wait and see π. Also I thank so much to the people who are still working out there and delivering fresh ingredients and food to our homes. You guys rock!

Here is the full recipe:
π₯π§ Ingredients:
– 4 small cucumbers
– 1 orange bell pepper
– 1 lg. avocado
– 5-6 sm. Tomatoes
– 1 lg. garlic clove
– 4-5 stems of cilantro
– 1 lime
π©βπ³π Instructions:
1. Wash and chop all the veggies and cilantro.
2. Place it in the bowl.
3. Press the garlic in to the bowl of veggies.
4. Juice it with a half of lime.
5. Add salt and pepper to taste and mix it well.
6.Taste it if you need to add more of the lime juice.
Enjoy your freshly made salad, that you made all by yourself, by the way. No one helped you – because you are awesome!
